There is this Friday impatience you can see on the road. People want to get where they are getting (going) so they can get to the weekend faster. Add to that the fact that many people have cars without a turn signal (yes that must be the reason no one uses one) as well as the fact that Stop signs or red light don’t really mean stop anymore. And all those pesky school zones. I had a guy behind me today in Brunswick flashing his lights because I had the nerve to do 20 in a school zone with the sign flashing. It was a four-lane road he could have passed me at any time but no he would rather flash his high beams.
I will post the next part in the Joleen Warren story here as soon as I can. I am going to take one day this weekend and just work on these stories so I can have some time to write other short stories. About mid-October I am going to have an event happen that will take me away from all the time I have for this project. I hope I can still have time to write (or do whatever this is) but I just don’t know.
