I woke up to two inches of snow on the roads with what would be another two inches on the way. Now I know that this is nothing compared to what the east coast is getting right now, but I drive for a living. I spent much of this morning white-knuckling my way down some snowy streets, so the people could get their Blue Apron on time. Eventually, the snow stopped, and as I type this, my driveway is clear as is my neighbor’s driveway. We may see a great deal of this snow go away within the next two days (we will also see plenty of black ice tomorrow). Today was very important to me and for me. I needed to finish my route, so I could show myself that I could. I took off way too many days afraid of the snow (and the $80 towing bills). After today the weather is going to change and even with all the rain I will still have an easier time than with the blanking snow. I better stop, I starting to sound optimistic. To quote Darth Vader, “NNOOO,”
I had a long day on the road, so I didn’t get anything done with chapter eleven yet. I plan on working on it the rest of the day, but I most likely won’t have anything post-able until Thursday. I might just push this through and finish this story this weekend (it all depends on what is happening at home). With this being the end of the book (still thinking either chapter twelve or thirteen) I won’t have any big time-jumps. The story will play out as is. Now I have to go back to the book. More to come……
P.S. If I can I will post a part tonight by 7pm EST, but as of right now I don’t see that happening.
Thank you for your time.
