** Short Message Alert**
It started out in a drizzle then a hard rain. From the hard rain, it became sort of an ice rain than snow. The snow stopped, and the sun came out. From there it clouded over started to mist snow on and off going from cloudy to sunny with a wind that was nearly pushing the streetlights sideways. When I left Mogadore, it was almost 50 degrees, and by the time I got to my last stop, it was 34 degrees.
When I sat down to work on part two, my back started to twitch then throb. I eventually had to stop and try and do something about it. With that, I go very little done yesterday. I am back on it, and I will post something today by 6 pm EST even if chapter two goes to three parts. More to come…
Thank you for your time and consideration.
This was a weird weather day. While I was in Medina, today the weather went from a cold sunny day to near white-out snow conditions within ten minutes. The roads snowed over and became slippery quickly. Then just a quick I found myself in an area just outside of downtown Medina with very little snow. Back at home most of the snow was gone. They are talking about parts of New England getting one to two feet of snow within the next 24 hours. As I type this it is snowing outside (when I started the sun was out).
With the weather changing rapidly, I had the radio off so I could concentrate on what people were doing. This gave me the chance to think about the first part of the last chapter. I plan to work on it today and have the final chapter posted on Wednesday. With that done I will take a quick break and start back on the other two stories on Saturday (or until I chicken out and start posting again). More to come….
Thank you for your time.
This was a hard day. I got up around my usual time of 4 am to find it snowing again. The trace to 1 inch became 1 to 3 inches. Most of that was on the roads. With the snow from earlier this week, I found myself in the deep snow trying to deliver packages. Somewhere around my tenth stop I slipped and went down hard. My back and right-side are sore. It is making this whole typing thing difficult.
I am not sure if I will have anything to post tonight. I have the beginnings of the next part in the magic series but like I typed before, the whole typing thing is difficult. I hope to have something by Saturday. If I can finish that part I will post it by 7 pm, but as of right now it isn’t nearly done.
Thank you for your time
It snowed last night and as I type this it still is snowing. We got around 3 to 4 inches of fresh powder just after getting rid of the last snow we got. It surprises me that no one is complaining on how Ohio is being white washed. Sorry. Underneath all that snow is a layer of ice. I will have to go out and clear the driveway and the walk way to it. yeah! For now, I am here sitting staring at this laptop that failed me before wondering just how long it will last. Nothing lasts forever. They say what we post in the internet is eternal but not really. Everyday people add to the internet until anything we have done in the past is buried under a mountain of information making it as if it no longer existed. A search engine can find it but with the rise of paid hits most people don’t see the older posts that won’t pay sites such as Google, so they can be at the head of the search. Everybody wants the new and shiny thing. I wonder if anyone is even reading any of this. Am I typing into a void with only the search bots as company? With my limited typing ability and dyslexia, I spend a lot of time working on each story. Every time I look back at one I find a mistake. As of right now my most viewed post was also one of my worst with all the errors. The fantasy is this site the reality is out in the driveway waiting for me to shovel it to the side. Just maybe I spent too much time in fantasy.
Speaking of which, I will have the next chapter of The Book with No Name Vol 2 posted here by 1PM (EDST). I am currently working on the next two parts of chapter 9 in the Joleen Warren story. At the end of that chapter we will see a big change happen with the town of Hope as well as in the lives of Joleen and her family. Change is neither good or bad it just is. The next parts in the Magic series is slowly developing. There will soon be a story where the two stories meet, but I don’t see combining them into one story. At least not yet.
Thank you for your time, consideration and understanding.
Also to all the search bots Puppy, monkey and baby.
I got home just in time. The rain had turned to freezing rain with snow on the way. We will have a layer of ice underneath a layer of snow. I stopped at the store and bought enough food for the weekend (I hope). I have my laptop back. They were able to remove the last update then reinstall it so it won’t jam the laptop again. I hope to have something to post by tonight and the next chapter of The Book with No Name vol. 2 by Saturday. This weekend I am just staying inside typing on my stories.
I was driving on Marks road today when a car coming up on the other side had no lights on in the dark and rain. I remember thinking, “how can someone drive a dark car in the dark and rain without your lights. They need a cop on this road.” That was when I saw that the car was a cop. Nice. People were in a rush to get out of the weather before it turns ugly. Too many people speeding, jumping back and forth in the lanes, tailgating and other stupid sh**.
